senior outdoor season he was named a tri-captain and held two school
records in the high jump and 4x400.

2003 during his student teaching experience at Palmer High School. It
was then he helped turn around their program compiling an 8-1 record

both the boys and girls teams helping to lead four separate athletes to
the state championships on four occasions.
